サンクスギビングデの休み！

サンクスギビングデの休みに　ニューヨークの　イサカに　いって、おにいさんに　あいました。プリンストンから　イサカまで　でんしゃと　バスで　ろくじかんはんぐらい　かかりました。イサカで　さんぽを　して、えいがに　いって、ほんを　よみました。たのしいですね。そして、レポートを　かきました。むずかしいです。金曜日に　おにいさんと　バスで　かいものに　シラキュースに　いきました。でも、なにも　かいませんでした。日曜日に　プリンストンへ　きました。ふゆの休みに　シカゴに　かえります。わたしは　とてもうれしい　ですね！

Reflection & Goal/Activity Statement

The past 7 weeks I tried to do a variety of recording options (except for singing and that's because I cannot sing at all). I did more conversations than individual recordings, which I prefer since I feel like I'm practicing natural conversation and responding at a quicker pace. I feel like I've become more comfortable with conversing in Japanese. My pitch is still iffy at times, but I think my general problem is always letting it fall when it should be flat or rising. Hopefully, in coming weeks as long as I stay conscious of my pitch, it will stay on point. My goals for the remaining weeks of this semester is practice my pitch more. I always forget there are recordings for every chapter vocabulary until much later (when we've reviewed in class already). But, if I review pitch pronunciation more often (which is my goal) I feel like my pronunciation would get better. Additionally, I want to keep practicing my conversational Japanese to make it as natural as can be for a first-year student.

わたしの　あきやすみは　たのしいです。わたしは　よく テレビを　みました。そして、ともだしと　たくさん　レストランに　いきみした。かようびに　ニューヨークに　いきました。ニューヨークで　セントラル　こうえんへ　いきました。セントラル　こうえんに　かもの　いけが　あります。きれいなこうえんですね。そして、とても　大きい　です。もくようびに　ハローウェン　 パレードに　いきました。ぎんようびに　かんこくのまちで　ばんごはんを　たべました。おいしいですねえ。どようびに　プリンストンに　きました。それから、ねました！

こんにちは！
わたしは　ねむいですねえ！わたしは　せんしゅうまつに　たくさん　しゅかだいを　しました。きんようびに　じゅぎょうが　ありました。どようびに　レポートを　かえりました。レポートが　すきではありませんでした。でも、どようびのばんに　フランスの　あそぶを　みました。いいです。それから、ともだちと　えいがを　みました。にちようびに　しゅくだいを　しました。きょう、クラスが　あります。 けさ、じゅうじごろ　おきました。あさごはんお　たべませんでした。でも、げんきですねえ！(^▽^)
